Picam360Park is owned and operated by Picam360 Inc. (“we,” “us” or “our”). If you are a customer of the Service, you are a "user" or "customer" according to this policy. The application or any service we provide is referred to as "Picam360Park", "App", "Website" or "Service". Media content such as videos uploaded by users using the Picam360Park feature and displayed on the Picam360Park is referred to as "Content".


How does Picam360Park collect data about me?

Picam360Park collects data about you:

  • when you use the Website, App.
  • when you create an Picam360Park account or update your account
  • when you send support, privacy, legal, and other requests to us
  • when working with and researching current and potential customers
  • when you post topics or comments on the Picam360Park forum

When researching potential customers, we sometimes search the public World Wide Web or paid business databases. Otherwise, we don't buy or receive data about you from data brokers or other private services.


What kind of data does Picam360Park collect about me, and why?


Picam360Park collects files uploaded by user.

Users can upload items to use Picam360Park's features such as:

  • uploading still images as content
  • uploading video as content
  • uploading files intended to be stored in the cloud

When a user uploads a file on the website or the App, it is stored on our server. The data in transit is encrypted and sent to and from the server so that others cannot see the user's data. The App stores the data in local storage to provide quick access to the data offline. The App does not encrypt local, stationary data in order to provide a quick search capability.

Picam360Park may use content uploaded by users that is set to be published to the World Wide Web for advertising on Picam360Park. Otherwise, Picam360Park will not use items uploaded by users for any purpose other than to provide the Picam360Park service.


Picam360Park collects data about how you use the Service.

When you use the App, the website, Picam360Park logs data that might be identified to you:

  • a random, unique identifier
  • the version of the App, and the operating system you are using
  • network request data, such as the date and time, your IP address, and the URL
  • number of notes, notebooks, tags, files and the total data size of them

Picam360Park uses this data to:

  • keep the Service working quickly and reliably

Picam360Park usually deletes log entries with identifiable information within a few weeks, but may preserve logs longer, as needed in specific cases, like investigations of specific incidents.

When you visit park.picam360.com, and other Picam360 websites, we uses cookies, server logs, and other methods to collect data about what pages you visit, and when. Picam360Park also collects technical information about the software and computer you use, such as:

  • the web browser software you use
  • the kind of computer you use
  • the website that referred you

Picam360Park uses data about how you use the website to:

  • optimize the website, so that it's quick and easy to use
  • diagnose and debug technical errors

Picam360Park collects account data.

Basically the Service require an Picam360Park account. To create an account, Picam360Park requires a working email address. Picam360Park uses this data to provide you access to features and identify you across Picam360 services, publicly and within Picam360 services.

You do not have to give your personal or legal name to create an Picam360Park account. You can use a pseudonym instead. You can also open more than one account. Picam360Park publishes account data for the whole world to see on user shared contents. You don't have to give us a personal name or any social media names, and you can erase this data at any time.

Picam360Park uses your email to:

  • confirm if your email address is correct to sign you up
  • notify you about your payment failure
  • notify you about your account has been deactivated because of payment failure
  • contact you in special circumstances related to your account
  • contact you about support requests
  • contact you about legal requests, like DMCA takedown requests and privacy complaints
  • announce our new product offerings, service changes, and features

Picam360Park collects AWS IoT configuration information.

To take advantage of Picam360Park's map feature, users can upload their own AWS IoT configuration information.

When the information is stored in our server, Picam360Park encrypts it in transit and at rest so that other people including the server administrators can not see the contents of the information.


Picam360Park collects your payment status.

The payment method for Picam360Park's paid services is PayPal.

Picam360Park obtains payment status from PayPal for Picam360Park's paid services. Information such as the user's payment card information will be retained by PayPal and not by Picam360Park.


Picam360Park collects data about correspondence.

Picam360Park collects data about you when you send our support requests, legal complaints, privacy inquiries, and business inquiries. Those data usually include your name and email address, and may include your company or other affiliation.

Picam360Park uses contact data to:

  • respond to you
  • compile aggregate statistics about correspondence
  • train support staff and other our personnel
  • review the performance of our personnel who respond
  • defend us from legal claims

Picam360Park stores correspondence as long as it may be useful for these purposes.


Where does Picam360Park keep data about me?

Picam360Park stores account data, data uploaded by user, data about website use on servers in the United States of America. Picam360Park sometimes retrieve those data to our local computers in Japan to develop, debug and maintain the Service. The data is erased from our computers when no longer needed.


Does Picam360Park comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation?

Picam360Park respects privacy rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information that GDPR requires Picam360Park to give can be found throughout these privacy questions and answers. So can information about specific rights, like access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and objection to automated decision-making.

You can access your account data at any time by visiting your account page on park.picam360.com. You can also find all the items you've uploaded to your account on the media management pages under your account page, such as Videos and Photos.


How can I change or erase data about me?

You can close your account and change your account data at any time by visiting your account page on park.picam360.com.
You can delete items you've uploaded to your account and change the settings of them on the media management pages under your account page, such as Videos and Photos.

Closing your account deletes all the items you have uploaded and anonymizes your topics and comments posted on our forum. Your profile and IP address on the forum will be erased but your posts will be remained because they would be helpful for other users.


Does Picam360Park share data about me with others?

Picam360Park shares account data with others as mentioned in the section about account data.

Picam360Park does not sell information about you to others. However, Picam360Park uses services provided by other companies to provide Picam360Park service. Some of those services may collect data about you independently, for their own purposes. All of the companies are based in the United States. Some of these services may be used to collect information about your online activities across different websites.


Picam360Park uses Google Analytics.

Picam360Park's website uses Google Analytics to collect and analyze data about visitors to its websites. You can read the privacy policy for Google Analytics online. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing a free browser extension.


Picam360Park uses cloud computing platforms.

Picam360Park uses PayPal.

Picam360Park uses PayPal to collect and use payment status. You can read the privacy policy for PayPal online.


Does Picam360Park make automated decisions based on data about me?

No. Picam360Park does not use your data for personalization or retargeting purposes.
